1. Program Overview
Welcome to the BiteBot Referral Program (the "Program"). By participating in this Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. The Program allows approved participants ("Referrers") to earn commissions by referring new customers to BiteBot services.
Participation in this Program is by invitation or application only. BiteBot reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.
2. Commissions
Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn a 20% recurring commission on all valid customer referrals. Commission is paid monthly or annually depending on the customer's subscription frequency, and continues for as long as the referred customer remains a paying subscriber.
- Refunded or cancelled subscriptions within 30 days of the original payment date will result in commission reversal.
3. Tracking and Attribution
Referral Links
- Each approved Referrer receives unique tracking links and referral codes
- Referrals are tracked for 60 days from the initial click on your referral link
- Self-referrals or referrals from the same household are not permitted
- BiteBot uses advanced tracking technology to prevent fraud and ensure accurate attribution
Valid Referrals
A referral is considered valid when:
- The referred customer clicks your unique referral link
- The customer signs up for a BiteBot account within 90 days
- The customer completes their first paid subscription
- The subscription remains active for at least 30 days
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: Bank Transfer
Payout Schedule: Commissions are paid out automatically on the 20th day after the end of the month.
Processing Time: 2-5 business days
5. Legal Terms
No Guarantees: Earning examples are not guarantees of income
Independent Contractor: Referrers are independent contractors, not employees
No Exclusive Rights: This agreement does not grant exclusive referral rights
Limitation of Liability: BiteBot's liability is limited to the amount of unpaid commissions owed to the Referrer. BiteBot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Changes to Terms
BiteBot reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days notice. Continued participation in the Program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
7. Acceptance
By participating in the BiteBot Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in the Program.
