What you'll do

Your responsibilities

Run Live Zoom Demos
Take warm inbound leads through a live product demo showing how BiteBot replaces their marketing agency. You'll show them the platform, the ROI, and close them on the call.
Close Deals
Handle objections, build urgency, and get the contract signed. You know when to push and when to listen. You don't leave money on the table.
Follow Up & Nurture
Not every deal closes on the first call. Follow up with no-shows and undecided prospects via phone, SMS, and email to bring them back to a decision.
Pipeline Management
Keep your pipeline clean and up to date in GoHighLevel. Log every call, every outcome, every follow-up. If it's not in the CRM, it didn't happen.
Feedback Loop
Work closely with marketing and leadership to share what you're hearing on calls — objections, competitor mentions, pricing friction. Your intel shapes the product and the pitch.

Requirements

What you need to have

  • Proven track record of closing deals remotely — Zoom, Google Meet, or any video platform
  • Consistent record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong objection-handling skills — you don't fold under pressure
  • Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel a strong plus)
  • Obsessed with getting better — you study your calls and fix your gaps
  • Self-managed and accountable to daily and weekly numbers
  • Strong English — written and spoken
  • Available during US business hours (EST), Monday–Friday
  • Quiet, dedicated workspace with reliable internet
  • Bonus: experience selling SaaS, marketing services, or to healthcare/dental clients
