Billing and Payment

The subscription fee is billed monthly on a recurring basis.Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time.We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Usage Policy

You agree to use Bitebot in accordance with applicable laws and refrain from misuse, including spamming or violating patient privacy regulations.

Limitation of Liability

AddMedia NYC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Bitebot.

Changes to the Service

We reserve the right to update or modify features within Bitebot to improve performance or comply with new regulations.
